STABLE v0.7.3

STABLE version 0.7.3

The game is now in it's stable release! Meaning all the features that I wanted to implement are there, but the music and such is not done yet, so the game isn't done. All the movement code is working as intended (no bugs I can track down), so it's in stable

• Added some text below the speed to indicate the time you need to beat in order to advance to the next race, if you have beaten it previously and have just been attempting a better time, then you can still advance to the next stage, you only need to beat each stage once to get the next one.
